Where should I store my hemp extract oil?2019-01-22T22:59:15+00:00

Ideally we suggest that you store your Hemp Extract Oil in a cool dark place, however in direct sunlight over 2 years it would only degrade 5%.

What are the ingredients in hemp extract oil?2019-08-07T20:11:23+00:00

Our hemp extract oil contains the following natural, safe ingredients: organic hemp extract, organic MCT fractionated coconut oil. That’s it!

How is the CBD extracted from the hemp plant?2019-01-22T22:59:15+00:00

Cann-Avia CBD is made using Supercritical CO2. Supercritical CO2 is a form of extraction that is used for many extracts. USP Grade Liquid CO2 is heated with increased pressure, which gives it the properties of a liquid and a gas, helping it go through the hemp as well as extract the product from it. We prefer it because it is currently the only solvent free method of extraction.

Does your hemp extract contain cannabidiol?2019-01-22T22:59:15+00:00

Yes, since our hemp extract uses the whole plant it contains several cannabinoids including cannabidiol.

What is supercritical CO2 and why does it matter?2019-01-22T22:59:15+00:00

Supercritical CO2 is a form of extraction that is used for many extracts.  USP Grade Liquid CO2 is heated with increased pressure, which gives it the properties of a liquid and a gas, helping it go through the hemp as well as extract the product from it.  We prefer it because it is the only solvent free method of extraction currently.

Who does the extraction for your product?2019-01-22T22:59:15+00:00

Our supplier does all of the extractions for our products. They own multiple Supercritical CO2 extraction machines which we have witnessed in action. We will NEVER purchase oil from another producer because we can’t guarantee the quality.

Is your product USDA organic?2019-08-07T20:14:59+00:00

Our hemp extract and MCT oil are certified organic by OneCert.

Where is your hemp grown and does it matter?2019-01-22T22:59:16+00:00

Our hemp is grown in Colorado on farms that are free of pesticides and soil free of any toxins.  Where the hemp is grown is just as important as how it is grown. A lot of hemp comes from Asia, and is grown in ground that is poisoned with heavy metals.  The hemp will detoxify the soil but then those toxins are in the hemp sold to US companies.  We will ALWAYS use Colorado grown hemp free of any toxins.

What is hemp extract oil?2019-01-22T22:59:16+00:00

Hemp extract is a dietary supplement and an excellent source of nutrients that can be safely consumed as part of a daily diet. Unlike “cannabis oil” (generally referring to high THC oil), hemp extract rich in natural cannabinoids, is legal, and is not psychoactive, meaning that it does not cause one to “get high”. Responsible for this “getting high” effect is THC, a compound that is naturally found in the cannabis plant. We use Industrial hemp which is categorized as having less than .3% THC.
